Iranian government bans personal branding, creates images of approved, Non-Western haircuts for men

Seems like Iran has to be one of the least chill places to live. A place where they discourage u from being 'u.' In this picture, some Iranian government official is outlining which haircuts are legal and illegal. Feel like they h8 anything that looks American, or gives you a 'Western' personal brand:

In an attempt to rid the country of "decadent Western cuts", Iran's culture ministry has produced a catalogue of haircuts that meet government approval.

The list of banned styles includes ponytails, mullets and elaborate spikes. However, quiffs appear to be acceptable, as are fashioning one's hair in the style of Simon Cowell or cultivating a 1980s-style floppy fringe.

Would h8 to live in Iran. Feel like they don't let you use twitter, the internet, or even cut ur hair to represent your personal brand. Feel like I'd have to give up all of the freedoms that make me 'me'.

Glad I didn't go to a local beauty school / hair college and start a progressive salon in Iran:

Several barber shops have reportedly been shut down and penalised in recent years for offering Western-style haircuts.

Sometimes I feel like my spirit/brand is too 'free' to exist in America, but I feel like Iran must be 'hell.' Would h8 it there. They probably don't even have malls with legit retailers that sell 'dog collars' and other spikey leather shit like that.

Guess I'd rather be a man in Iran than a woman in Iran. They make u 'cover the fuck up', and u can't even catch World Cup Fever after watching Landon Donovan's goal against Algeria in the World Cup.

Wonder if this is true:

Earlier this year, an Iranian cleric claimed women who wear revealing clothes cause natural disasters. Hojjat ol-eslam Kazem Sediqi, a prayer leader in Tehran, said: "Many women who do not dress modestly lead young men astray and spread adultery in society, which increases earthquakes."

Maybe we should make women in the Bay Area of California 'cover up' so that earthquakes don't go down n e more.

R u pissed at Iran?
Is Iran 'fucking bullshit'?
R u gonna move to Iran and get a conservative haircut?
Is Iran the new Brooklyn?
Will the USA go to war with Iran over personal branding rights?
R u sad that Iranians will have to cut their spikey hair?
Do u know any Persians, and do they have strong personal brands/care about social status+material things?

Am I gonna have 2 cut my scene emo haircut?
