Do u remember Leon Botha? I honestly didn't really. He was the guy in Die Antwoord who stood around in their music videos, and it was scary because he had progeria. I feel bad for him because Die Antwoord did everything they could to 'look weird' and 'using' a guy with progeria was one of their tactics [via 'freak show' vibes]. Feel bad for ppl with progeria. Watched some TLC documentary abt them one time. They don't ever really live a very long time, but u have to give props 2 Leon Botha for staying alive 4 a long ass time and getting 'moderately famous' even though the Die Antwoord album was horrible and no1 really knows what they are up 2 now.

Botha suffered from progeria, a rare degenerative disease that causes accelerated aging, distorted features, and limited growth. According to Mail & Guardian, Botha was "the oldest documented person living with the disease, which usually has a life expectancy in the teens."
