9/11: A Day to Reflect on Indiecentrism

9-11-07: The Day We’ve been waiting for. The release of Animal Collective’s STRAWBERRY JAM. Now we can buy the actual CD so our friends can get into our car, see a big blob of strawbjam on an album cover, and we can talk about how important Animal Collective is.

ANIMAL COLLECTIVE FANS DON’T CARE ABOUT BLACK PEOPLE (UNLESS THEY ARE IN BLOC PARTY, BUT MAYBE THEY STILL DON’T ANYWAYS).

Meanwhile, in the rest of the world, Kanye and 50-cent are battling for the top of the charts. If you ask me, I think Kenny Chesney will be the Top Album in Middle America, and both Kanye and 50cent will retire.

Anyways, here is some pretty RAD music that makes you want to start your day by running a marathon, then eating McDonald’s breakfast.
