What’s the deal with Bjork? She’s been around for a while. Sometimes I’ve listened to her music when I’m riding in the car of some girl from a small town with a pseudo-alternative personality, but I’ve never purchased any of her albums, or particularly enjoyed the 1 track that we all get to hear from Pitchfork when one of her new albums is coming out. I’ve heard she’s good live.
Remember her swan dress that one time? Has her greatest contribution to society been progressing alternative/electronic music, or creating a SWAN DRESS for alternative girls to wear on Halloween for years to come?

although i do hate 95% of the remixes of her songs.. it seems that whenever a talented producer gets the green light to do an official bjork remix, they take it as an opportunity to get “really” creative, like pots and pans creative. End result = Poop and/or Pee. know what i mean?

Bjork’s music sho’nuff is overrated, but how the fuck does having pubic hair make a woman automatically weird? Logic suggests that not wanting to conform to an uncomfortable, unnecessary beauty practice? Have you ever tried shaving or waxing your pubes? Give it a try, and then let me know how awesome you think it is.

WTF…? Björk is probable the most talented female singer since Billie Holliday, unfortunately being a genius and different, is not always understood and appreciated. The music from Björk is not “wall-paper” background to listen to in the shopping-malls though. She have produced great music from the eighties until now from the band “Sugarcubes” and going solo in the nineties…
Try some of her easy stuff first like the cover version of the bond theme “you only live twice” and “big time sensuality” or songs from the Sugarcubes, then move to more advanced stuff…
