It’s time to actually stand up for something that I believe in

I started this blog to post bangers, but it ended up giving me a great opportunity to vent about things that I feel passionate about. I remember the night that I started this blog, I was stealing wifi in a Best Buy Parking Lot, and I tried to overdose on an unknown drug, but then I started a blog instead, and became the first blog to ever blog about Justice. The rest is history, and now a lot of historians consider HRO to be the voice of “the specialest generation in the history of the world.”

While some people get off to standing on the sidelines of life, and just making snarky comments about things that are actually important, I’m not one of those people. I don’t have a blog that makes fun of issues, other humans, or important social and cultural movements. It’s important to take things seriously, because we don’t want to become a society where the dumb people are watching TV in HD, and the educated people are commenting about stuff that the dumb people are into on the internet.

Most blogs have remained incredibly silent on this issue, but I am taking a stand.

Here are several solutions for ending the emo war:
1. Have the United Nations drop care packages full of Ed Banger Sampler CDs and iPod shuffles pre-loaded with mixes selected by Gorilla Vs. Bear.
2. Set up INTERNMENT CAMPS, kind of like what America did with the AZNs after that Pearl Harbor thingie, except with EMOs.
3. Send them all on a boat to Australia, but only let them settle in the part that Mad Max was filmed in.
4. The US government can double the yearly-salaries of all of the World’s Top Alternative Celebrities, and have them rehabilitate and educate emo kids on the campus of the New School.
5. Set up a reality show that’s kind of like KID NATION meets a SURVIVOR type of show.
6. Just chill out and see what happens.

Do you have a solution to end the EMO WARS?
