Do you think they mean Top 40 on Hype Machine, or Top 40 most purchased at the iTunes music store?
It’s good to know that parties can brand themselves sort of like radio stations. I usually only listen to radio stations with slogans/descriptive genre phrases like “listen while you work,” “soft rock,” “continuous oldies,” “adult contemporary,” or “EZ Listening.”
I’m surprised that sign doesn’t include labels like “BANGERS,” “italo,” “shoe gaze-core,” “remixes of HEALTH, but not regular HEALTH” and possibly “one Ed Banger song per hour.” There’s a lot of space left over on that tarp, but I’m not a graphic design minor.
