One more thang: Chill on the “Fuck Crombies” shit. Realize the “alt” (I can’t believe anyone still uses that term)/normal divide just means you shop at different stores in the same mall. Get over it. You found your way to electro at the same time they did – when it went mainstream and accessible. All things considered, the 8th generation hipster-lites and the Abercrombies deserve each other. Hearing someone on this blog bitch about Abercrombies infiltrating their “PARTIEZ” or whatever and defending electro is like hearing someone defend grunge and then go listen to Silverchair. This electro-lite got absorbed into the mainstream and now you have to deal with mainstream people who listen to the same music but don’t shop at American Apparel. You’re the same people shopping at different stores.
