I think it means
a) Girl Talk is an alt child predator who taunts the parents of abused children by burning his stage name on to their front lawn
b) it represents how his music is resonating with kids from suburbia, since they only listen to stuff that they are told is cool. Girl Talk is able to concoct his own form of deconstructed pop. He is more talented than Brian Wilson.
c) Girl Talk worships Satan
d) Girl Talk will join a cult and attempt to board a space ship on the tail of a comet by killing himself

Hopefully his new image will help him to crossover into mainstream culture x 1000000.
