However, if you are an educated, socially+globally aware alt, you will realize that this picture was placed on alternative blogs by the people behind the world's top anti-smoking campaigns. We see an image of a woman who represents beauty & youth wearing a dark-themed smock which features a skull. She is holding a cigarette, which according to scientists, completely trashes ur insides.

Even though u might laugh it off, u will remember this image every time u see some one who is mildly alternative having a cigarette.
