@morgan If you haven’t noticed already, as elements of hipsterism have reached the mainstream, this blog isn’t really about hipsters as much as it is about people who think they are hip just because they’ve jumped on the latest trend bandwagon. The best example of this is this whole electro scene — utterly devoid of creativity and originality, and is nothing but a mere perversion of the values that hipsterism originally stood for. The same goes for people who think they are cool because they dress up like Justice and have found a few DJ gigs at house parties, and recycle other people’s music instead of writing their own. Do you hear that? You are the farthest thing from hip if you dress up like Justice for Halloween!
