Due to issues beyond our technical team's control, HRO has been down this morning.

I guess u never realize how much u loved something until it's gone, yall.

I guess since I have an opportunity, I should introduce some of the people who work 'behind the scenes' at HRO to make sure everything works. Basically, all Carles does is talk aloud into a microphone. After that, a team of people compiles pictures and HTML to make sure his words are 'brought 2 life.'
