    Looks like a cheap Old Navy jacket circa 2002. Gross. No southerner has ever has stepped out looking like this, unless there’s a Noah and the Panda Bears/ Animal Collectives show. Plus, the hair is too long to be considered Ryan Adams AltBag. Therefore, this loser is an AltBag.

    I’d say he’s a regular alt bag – the only thing that is remotely Adams are the boots. They look a bit heely.
    Ryan is not that tall – and he likes to wear boots with “heels”…(I don’t like that)
