i find it to be an interesting commentary on the alternative culture that this blog mocks consistantly. i mean, yes, thecobra was paid for this party, but he didn’t have to take the job, and post those picture on his website for all the hipsters and altbags or whatever to see. what i think he was doing is the same thing that HRO is doing: showing how rediculous everything about this hipster scene is. i mean, really, subtract the braces, awkward parent-introduced entertainment, and awkward phases of all those kids, and add a few years, alcohol, drugs, and some anti-friz hair serum, and i think that the pictures would be essential identical to the current photos on thecobrasnake.
