I have a unique lifestyle that most people can’t understand. I live in a world of people who don’t ‘get’ me. Throughout the years, I have identified a few ways to let people know who I am with a lil bit of an ‘eff U!’ tone.
This tattoo is an open letter to those people who aren’t in constant pursuit of a more meaningful life. This is a tattoo for old people to read, making them wish they still had their whole lives’ ahead of them. This is a tattoo to my mom, my dad, my uncle who served in Vietnam, and every one else who doesn’t understand the essence of my generation. They do not understand what I am a part of, and that this tattoo is about something bigger than myself.
Sometimes, an act of expression is bigger than just ’self-expression.’ It’s a random act of kindness for all of humanity. Don’t get a tattoo to look cool and start convo. Get a tattoo because it means something.

i rcntly g0t a fone# from a gurl with an awesum chest tat. i work with a uniform on.
i’m worried that wen I hang out with her and her friends, they’ll judge me based on my lack of permauth accessories…also, what if i don’t live up to the ‘alt’ she may think I am (w/o my uni on)

The problem with tats is that few people can pull them off well when they start aging. None of us are going to be young forever, I know it’s horrible to think about but everyone does eventually age… some better than others.

I love the Alcoholics Anonymous and Cocaine Anonymous symbols on the first guy framing his chest piece. I’ve been clean for about 3.5 years, but I always wondered how badly I’d want to kill myself if I had a daily reminder I used to be sober if I ever went back out. Can you imagine blowing lines off a mirror which reflected back to you the fact your life used to be much more meaningful and healthy?
