HIPSTER RUNOFF RADIO is a meaningful radio show. The HIPSTER RUNOFF radio show airs Mondays at noon and again at midnight EST on Sirius XMU. Iff you’re an XM subscriber, you can listen to Blog Radio on channel 43, and Sirius subscribers can still find us on channel 26. Sirius radio is so altcore because like who actually listens to the majority of sattelitr radio if at all. It’s like blogging only even MORE alt. With a smaller catchment na mean? Like satelit radio is the route 60 of information. Now smoke on that bitches!

is this a joke? when i saw the title “hipsterrunoff.com” on a website i had to click the link. who in their right mind, who would consider themselves a “hipster” have the arrogance and audacity to label themselves as such? do you really have a scale asking people how mainstream/authentic your playlist is? do you realize the hypocrisy of your own”sub”culture? you disparage mainstream culture because it is run by faceless corporations who pick and choose what to force feed down the throats of consumers and culture participants. you retaliate against this behavior becuase you want influence in what you yourself consume and how you live your lives. you don’t want to subscribe to a culture of talentless “artists” whose success is credited to their major music label that pushes for them. yet you contradictorily adhere to the mainstream’s methods of declaring what is “in” or “out” or in your lame ass case, “alt” or mainstream” your complacency and pretentiousness inspire a sense of nausea that override the iota of respect i had for the “hispter” culture in regards to their choices in clothing which nowadays can be reduced to 4 rudimentary articles of clothing, at least for guys: fedora, v-neck, ray ban wayfarers, and skinny jeans. such individualism i only wish i could aspire to (sarcasm) you dilettante, how about you produce something worth contemplating over or something that contributes to this alt culture you admire from a spectator’s standpoint. please surrender your sense of pseudo-intellectualism and get over yourself!! i just had to comment on this bullshit, it upsets me that i’ve wasted the time i have on this crap

The music is always awesome, too bad the host is a douche bagger. Not being mainstream is mainstream, and good things usually get popular and for good reason. Unfortunately so do a lot of bad things these days! You should moreso let the music speak for itself without all of the ego/hipster shit. But keep playing your good music and I will keep listening.
