I feel like I’m gonna spend 2k9 spending a lot more time trying to understand form/function so that I know how to better compartmentalize/stereotype/label different genres of products/people/ideas/nouns. Not sure if I’ll ever ‘get’ the diff btwn leggings/panty hose/tights… I know that some are solid. & some are see-thru (but sometimes that happens when ur fat and u wear leggings). and some are ‘2 keep u warm.’

1. leggings are opaque pants that are usually footless and worn alone.
2. tights are pants that cover your foot and legs. it shapes the body so they don’t look like a fatty. can be either translucent or opaque.
3. pantyhose are translucent tights to blur skin blemishes. they are usually consider lingerie.

alright alright..
panty hose & tights are the same thing ..they cover your legs and feet and you shouldn’t wear them without a dress/skirt/shorts over the top cos they are too see through and you can see the seams. Stockings look way better but less practicle. I would never wear the see through tan kind because they are gross, but black are good if you are wearing a teeny tiny skirt or something.
leggins are thicker and have no feet. These are ok on there own without dress/shorts/skirt covering ass.
