Been feeling sort of irrelevant lately as well, but I guess that will pass. Been thinking too much about "the meaning of life".
I don't really know much about life., being only 17 and all. But I know that I like being alive. All sorts of weird stuff happens all the time. If you really look into it, life is anything but boring. And if you do get bored, you can always do something to make life interesting again. My life was pretty rad when I had anorexia (much better now, though). Was taken to the hospital by ambulance, like, twice. But then I kind of started to miss eating so I became normal again. I'm going through a sort of EAT HEALTHY phase now. My thing now is visual arts. Nothing is boring when you begin to sketch stuff all the time.
And for something completely different,
I feel like the internet has turned everyone into characters. I feel like everyone's life could be a book/movie/etc.

That's not bad, though. I keep thinking about what kind of soudtrack my movie would have. Maybe a mix between shoegaze, Os Mutantes and Deerhoof.
Just think in terms of soundtrack when you're blue. Makes things a lot smoother.
I bet that if you chill with some good, upbeat tunes you'll forget about the world and "become one with the music" (via friend of mine).
Or get some colors and doodle stuff, that helps too.

@Nico, I completely get it, you know, life is a funny thing. Thinking about ending it just doesn't make any sense. I'm pretty sure you might have considered doing it, and I won't tell you it's wrong, just sometimes it just looks so convenient, so much easier than living. What I've got to tell you is that, I'm sure, there are people who love you and depend on you, and without you life wouldn't make any sense. So whenever you feel like dying cuz' thing are just too bad, remember, it could be much worse, it can always get worse. The point is, no matter how shitty things are, before they get worse, I'm sure there's at least one person you can count on, someone that will make anything, anytime, anywhere, anyway, to make you feel better, cuz' this person loves you so much that your happines is the most important thing to him, so if things are bad, call him, I'm sure he'll come running.
