I am not sure how to feel about seeing Beth Ditto upskirt pictures. I feel like upskirt pictures are usually taken of ‘hella hot mainstream celebrities cunts’ and they are usually taken from a high angle getting out of a limo or luxury sedan. It feels weird to see this alt celeb getting out of a conversion van. Not even really sure if she is ‘alternative.’ Not even sure if we are supposed to take female artists seriously. Amywinehouselittlebootslilyallenfeistjewelsherylcrowadeleduffy. Not even really sure what I should be looking 4. Maybe ‘it’s a girl thing.’
I feel confused when I blog about Beth Ditto. I think I have heard one song of hers that was a remix, but I feel like she is just sort of ‘famous’ for ‘being hefty and not caring abt it’ [via feminism]. I feel like she should take care of herself so that she doesn’t teach young impressionable future lesbians to ‘let themselves’ go. I once read for every extra 10 lbs of fat ur body carries, u lose 1 year of ur life. Feel worried.
Does n e 1 know if black vans are the new Limousines? Do altCelebs prefer 2 chill in vans 2 be ‘humble’? Should femalt celebs flash more upskirt?
Seems like a chill way 2 live, especially if u have a big family who like to chill in captains chairs and watch some TV. Might be more authentic than minivans. Feel sad about ppl who drive minivans.

Annoying as hell…
I don’t know why they make such a big deal out of her weight and her “voice” I saw plenty fat girls with good voices while I was in high school…and nobody was offering them the cover of a magazine.
Beth Ditto is such a moron, she acts like she is “making a point” by being fat and “not caring”, but the reality is that she is no different from “celebrities” who are praised for being “skinny” or “anorexic”…at the end of the day what is being praised and glamorized by magazines or “the media” is extremes. You should be either extremely skinny or fat as hell.
I feel sad for anyone who looks up to this woman… and for Keira Knightley who described her as “the sexiest woman on earth”…as if that proved once and for all that she would really have no problem being fat…whatever.
And as far as “not buying into society’s standards”…I mean…it’s pretty obvious that she bought right into by being addicted to all sorts of crap, eating shitty food and consuming with no regard… yay! let’s pay for heart disease and an early death!! That will show “the man” :D

I don’t think that people “praise her fat” however, people love beth ditto, such as myself, and they love her music. At the end of the day, it has nothing to do with what her face looks like. Her music is sick as fuck. Everyone knows she could lose weight, but i give her props for not giving a shit. If kate moss can drown in her fame and beauty because people love her for being societies idea of “the perfect size,” let this women make her fucking music, and let people love her for who she is.
