It seems like the structure of the ‘floating balloon’ will allow photoshopping jpg meme producers to effectively memefy #balloonboy.
Feel excited, like a ‘memorable blog post’ is brewing inside of me, kinda like a South Park episode. Feel relieved that Balloon Boy is happening, since nothing else relevant was happening on the internet. Wonder if I should turn into a news blog and ‘UPDATE:‘ this post with ‘news developments.’

I bet Carles is going to comment on how the media is capitalizing on this story to generate tons of viewership. From what I’ve seen, many news outlets are already focusing on his bizarre family and the spectacle surrounding the boys takeoff. One article I read on yahoo only mentioned once that when the balloon landed, the boy wasn’t in it. It didn’t even mention the notion that if the boy was indeed in the balloon, he probably fell out and died. sigh

If anything i could say that this situation was rare,
but i thought ‘ ah forget it, jump out, no care.’
I landed on the ground from about over 9000 or 8
and yelled to the news crew “yo homes, find me later”
I was finally there,
to sit in my basket and the king of hot air.

Soo tired of media & news. A boy went missing from a hot air balloon he was originally in, big fucking deal. This does raise concern for his safety and his life, but not enough to be headline news all day. Just goes to show you how American Society is literally the most dullest thing ever. somehow I feel like this is a viral promotional gimmick for the release of “WHere the Wild Things R”. never was ‘that kind of kid’ so I didn’t read it/have no idea what it’s about… but it seems like the same kind of whimsical stunt that would take place in the movie. So tomorrow when ppl don’t know what they should be doing ‘now that the work week is over’, the story of a boy and a balloon is fresh in their minds from the day b4 so they are more likely to buy tix to a story of a lil tyke and some ‘actually nice’ monster.
