Toro Y Moi is one of the most important artists of 2k9-2k12. This video for his hit song "Talamak" looks to strengthen his brand / visual aesthetic.

In the video for Talamak, Toro Y Moi bro (Chaz Bundick) plays with some fireworks/smoke bombs with his bro. This may or may not be a metaphor for the tourism economy in South Carolina, the mecca of 'the chill wave movement.'

In a recent video directed by Jon Casey, Chaz Bro interviews the other firework bro who apparently has some sound project called KID TRAILS. Not sure his bro's project is as relevant, but they 'get zany' and play some sort of role reversal game.

I think this video is supposed to deconstruct the value/validity of interviews + identity.
