In terms of their album art / band merch, Crystal Castles are most famous for stealing the Madonna image from some other artist. I think since they eventually had to 'settle' with that artist and purchase the rights to use that image, they will keep using it, even though they designed two kewl new shirts to sell to their fans. I think they also stole the Chanel logo for a while, but didn't have enough money to buy that 1 to put on t-shirts.
Pictured is the Crystal Castles merch booth. Do u think these shirts are gonna generate more revenue than album sales?
