I am not sure what the abusive puppies / panda bears are supposed to represent. Possibly a collective of animals that are bullying every1 in the indiesphere around. James Murphy sees himself as a 'drunk skank' who is 'a slave to the modern indiesphere.'

Feel scared that Animal Collectives are just a bunch of bullys who are raping every superficial indie fan in the world. Wonder if this song will 'go mainstream' then inspire a lot of puff pieces about how James Murphy is a sexist, and the song "Drunk Girls" set back the indie feminist movement 20 years.
