It seems like he has 'toured around the world', becoming a relevant indie musician, and now every1 is all like "What is 2k11 going to be all about?" cuz Neon Indian will probably have a 'sophomore album.'

In order to 'rebrand himself' and start anew, it seems like he 'chopped off all of his hair.' This is probably to help him 'focus' on nothing but the music, and let fans know that he is 'rebranded.'
