Let's be honest. No1 is really THAT into St. Vincent, and ppl have only ever been into her because she is a QT alt broad with curly hair and symmetrical facial features. I have no idea how to gauge her talent levels because she tries to play guitar rock, but I'd feel more comfortable if she just wrote pop songs and sat behind a piano like Vanessa Carlton or Sara Bairelles or Feist or something. This new song surgeon is all spacious and she plays guitar riffs and sings with meaningful whimsy, but it is pretty whatever. If u've heard 1 St Vincent song, you've heard them all.

Anyways, she has my attention for her new album cover because it looks like some kinky sex latex stuff over a mouth. Like one of those nights where u go to a swingers party, and there are some people dressed in latex jumpsuits so u cant see their face, and u have a dark night that involves dental dams, or something.
