Demi Lovato totally beat rehab and she is so happy and healthy now....

But she always followed my advice to STAY STRONG, BB!

Now she got a wonderful new tattoo that says STAY STRONG, which is s000 true.... I really want to get inked, but I'm not sure what to get or where to get it. Maybe a lower back tattoo, or a dolphin some where, or maybe a butterfly around my ankle... I have a lot of ideas, but I am such a baby and scared of the pain!

Demi has stayed strong like a true bb and now her career is back on track.
