I love love love drinking iced coffee because it not only tastes yummy, but gives me a jolt to finish off the last couple of hours at my work. Unfortunately, it can be VERY pricey, and I can't always have my mid-afternoon frappies :-( #TeamFrappuccino

I honestly wish I had learned about coffee earlier in my life, but I drank a lot of REGULAR SODAS and it caused me to gain A LOT of weight. I would honestly drink a 3-liter per day. Now I drink #Diet_sodas, because they have 0 CALORIES and 0 SUGAR. It was a tough transition, but now I am absolutely ADDICTED to Diet Coke and drink at least two 3-liters throughout the work day. I need to drink more water because my metabolism does seem a bit thrown off. :-(
