I read on a blog that the lead singer of the Smashing Pumpkins, William Corgan, is dating Tila Tequila. I have heard a lot about Billy Corgan, since he was in 1 of the greatest bands of all time, but I had to check wikipedia 4 Tila Tequila. Feel weird because she seems to have the name that a Mexican tween would choose as a screen name for the AIM name. Apparently, she is AZN, bisexual, a myspace sensation, a 'lil slut', and she had some sort of television show where they put 'a lot of disgusting humans' in 1 house thinking that they are 'going 2 get famous' and they all try to 'fuck eachother' so that ppl can watch it.

Think they look like they are 'actually in <3', though. right?

Not sure why they are dating. Maybe there are some mutual fetishes that they fulfill 4 one another. These fetishes might include 'AZN ownership', 'big ol titties', 'bald heads', and 'cumming.' Hope they are the next Green Aggs and Ham. Damn. Sad.

Can't believe Smashing Pumpkins are so old. Feel sad that 1 day, the bands that represented alternativeness/rock n roll-ish stuff will be 'old.' Need 2 keep using the internet 2 find new music.

Can some1 plz tell me what Tila Tequila does? I read on wikipedia that she is 'the mainstream, AZN Cory Kennedy.'

Apparently, Levi's is doing the whole 'record label' thing where they generate blog buzz by hiring indie/bloggie artists to 'create new mp3s' that can be co-branded with their products. Sorta wonder how much this type of stuff pays. If I had to guess, somewhere between $2,000- $1,000,000 has to be given to these buzzbands.

Anyways, Passion Pit decided to 'lend' their whimsical indie bleepy bloop falsetto aesthetic to the Smashing Pumpkins hit song "Tonight, Tonight."

Passion Pit’s re-crafting of the song strips away some of the ambitious bombast, losing the strings but none of the business. Angelakos’ high voice fits comfortably with Corgan’s lyrics, but instead of a piece of grandiose rock, he’s instead created a synthy underwater symphony.

Wonder if Billy Corgan is 'spinning in his grave' after hearing his timeless song get 'butchered' by some fleeting indie buzzband. One of the most definitive 'low key chill bro' songs of the alt rock era 'down the shitter' just to sell some blue jeans.
