Will Daft Punk sue DJ AM?

Yall. I was reading in some blogs that DJ AM came out to some Spooky Halloween Concert dressed as a Daft Punk Robot and then pretended to be the Daft Punk by playing the Daft Punk mp3s from his MacbookLappy. Wonder if there’s gonna be any legal repercussions for what he did. Don’t understand why he ‘dressed up’ since his personal brand is so strong these days (post-escaping death).

I nvr really knew much about DJAM, but then I read a sentence about him and how he keeps escaping death at a progressive gossip blog:

If you look at his history, he survived being molested as a child, emotionally eating himself to 360 pounds, smoking crack, an attempted suicide when the bullet jammed in the gun he had to his head, unprotected sex with lots of shady girls and the lead singer of Crazy Town, a one hit wonder band DJ AM was part of, gastric bypass surgery, dating Nicole Richie and pretending to like it, being a glorified Top 40 bar mitzvah DJ and not getting shot by the hip hop gangsters when he claimed to be hip hop, a plane crash, a blood clot (boh boh), dating Jessica Stam and her mental capacity of a hamster.

Do yall know if death will ever catch up with DJ AM?
Did he put on a Daft Punk costume to prove that he wasn’t human after all?
Is DJ AM the most gifted musician of the 21st century?
Will Crazytown rise again?
Should I get gastric bypass surgery ‘just 2 b safe’?

I can’t wait until I am up at 2 a.m. one night and see this on VH1.
I think this is my favourite Feist song that isn’t remixed by Van She/Boyz Noize. Hopefully there can be an “I Feel It All” remix so that the blogosphere can be blessed with another ‘Automatic Top 50 Hype Machine Song.”
