Finalizing Who this Bro Looks like

In a previous post, I asked the yalls who this bro looked like. I didn't know the answer, but yall provided me with some solutions.

Not sure which 1. Plz help me figure out--thinking about taking the pictures to Kinkos to blowup 2 poster size so that I can have a vague altJew chillin on my wall 2 'start conversations' [via my dorm room].

WHO DOES THE BRO LOOK LIKE?
A) Dave 1 from the Chromeos

B) Marc "King of the Twinks" Jacobs

C) Dov Charney, CEO + CFO + CTO + CMO of Am Appy Clothing & Fun Lifestyle Corporation

D) Star of the Royal TenenAquatic/Earth Girls are EZ, Jeff Goldblum

E) Choose.Your.Own.Response

Is this a sign that 2k9 is 'the year of the AltJew'?
2k8 was the year of the ___.

What is the most Authentic Alt Job?

When I graduated from High School (got a G.E.D. cuz I outgrew a lot of the social bullshit rlly quickly) and made a 10 year plan, I realized that I wanted a job that not only provided financial security, but more importantly projected an image that enabled people to think that I am 'cool' and 'passionate about what I do at the same time.' Picking a career is a difficult, soul-searching journey/ongoing quest for self-awareness+actualization.

When you are building a personal brand, you want a brand so strong that people want to emulate it. Kinda like Michael Jackson when he was in the process of turning white. You want other people to want your life.

Picking your authentic alt career is difficult. Sometimes it takes a lot of hard work. Sometimes it means 'standing up 2 ur parentz bullshit expectations' and/or 'societal norms.' It means taking risks, going to college, not going to college, changing your major, taking a year off, and transferring to a school where u r socially comfortable+'academically stimulated.' It means being yourself and being some one else. While 'wanting 2 make ur parents proud' is an innate within all humans, authentic alts are willing to rage against this desire. Your pride is the most important thing in the world. Your pride, your terms.

This is ur life.

NSFW: The women who are suing Dov Charney go on the TODAY Show 2 try to look innocent, release nude pix

Visit msnbc.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Apparently, there are now 'several women' suing American Apparel's CEO Dov Charney. They are basically saying that he raped and assaulted them, then imprisoned them as sex slaves who were bound by the shackles of mind control & 'career opportunities.' Anyways, they both went on the TODAY Show to try to brand themselves as 'victims' and let ppl know abt this horrible company called American Apparel.

For some reason, neither of the victims Irene Morales or Kimbra Lo look very alt in their interviews. :-(

It's sorta weird that the reporter bro went 'on location' at a local American Apparel chain. Seems like a really 'local news' type of move.

Accuser Irene Morales also 'dolled up' [via mainstream] for this interview. Do u think they both branded themselves well?

Here is their lawyer Eric Baum who may or may not just be trying to pick up some sweet settlement cash

I've always had a huge crush on Ann Curry and Katie Couric. Wish I could see them modeling in alt clothing.

Who do yall believe?
Does this 'press tour' make them seem like they are in it 4 the wrong reasons?
R u on #TeamDov or #teamIreneMoralesandKimbraLo?
Do u think these girls just 'threw themselves at Dov Charney'?
Anyways, the most important part of this story is that 'some1 leaked' texts + sexy photos of both of these girls. Here is a text that Irene Morales sent to Dov Charney that talks abt buying a dildo.

Here is an email where she begs 4 money and cool new American Apparel fashions.

Apparently some the photographs of Kimbra Lo in the following collection are taken at Dov Charney's house, where she looks like she is happy and free. Some photos are in a 'hipster porn' photo shoot for Jacques Magazine. The photographs of Irene Morales were apparently just sexted [via email] 2 Dov Charney.

BONUS sexie geisha video of Kimbra Lo.

Did Dov Charney 'take advantage' of these women, or were they just chill, consensual relationships?

American Apparel CEO Dov Charney's former sex slave suing him for $250 million.

Apparently, some broad is suing American Apparel Founder & CEO Dov Charney for $250 million because she claims he enslaved her and forced her to perform sex acts. Don't know if this is 'real' or if this is just some failed retail employee trying to piggy back off the 'famous Am Appy sexual harassment stories' and make a quick buck.

Anyways, it is just the story of some 17 year old girl who says she got some sexts from Dov Charney, then when she turned 18, he was like "Come on ovr, come on ovr bb" and claims he 'enslaved her/aggressively banged her.'

After she returned to work, Miss Morales says in the lawsuit that she was held captive for several hours and forced to carry out sexual acts on Mr Charney after being invited to his New York apartment after turning 18.

She was ‘emotionally traumatized’ by her ordeal, her lawyer Eric Baum told MailOnline.

‘Her life has drastically changed as a result of the sexual harassment. She is under the care of a doctor and is still suffering from the trauma,’ he added.

Do yall believe her? Is she a rape victim? Should she have pressed charges immediately instead of waiting several years to claim 'sexual enslavement'?
This is what she looks like. Does she look 'Am Appy enough' 2 enslave?
irene morales american apparel dov

Have u ever been the boss of a company and used ur power to enslave women? Is this just a common practice, and if ur over 18, is it a woman's decision? Do u believe all of the blog buzz that Dov Charney is a predator wave bro, or is he just a normal bro like the rest of us?

Soon after she started work she was bombarded with calls from Mr Charney demanding details about her sexual history, even though she was still in high school.

The lawsuit said he made it ‘clear her employment would be forfeited if she did not comply.’

Do u think she should have contacted a feminist hotline that would have told her 2 quit her job at that point instead of just 'trying 2 climb the corporate ladder' [via blowjobs]?

Have yall ever been hospitalized for being 'shocked and horrified'?

Although Miss Morales was hospitalized for several days after becoming ‘shocked and horrified’ by her boss’s demands, she said he only increased the pressure on her ‘for sexual acts aimed at his personal gratification’ when she returned to work.

Miss Morales, of Bedford-Stuyvesant, said she started as a salesperson and was quickly promoted to be manager of the company’s store in Chelsea, New York.

Do u think she is just confused, and she is suing Am appy for 'being a retail slave'?

File Photo: Pic of Random broad + Dov that Implies a sexual relationship

Here are the 'details' of the encounter.

Just after her 18th birthday in April 2009, Miss Morales said she was invited to Mr Charney’s downtown Manhattan apartment.
According to the court documents, Mr Charney appeared at the door wearing only his underpants and immediately dragged her inside.

She claims he forced her to go on her knees and perform a sex act just inside the front door, ‘then he dragged her into his bedroom, threw her on to the bed, got on top of her and forced her to perform’ another sex act – ‘nearly suffocating her in the process.’

What's wrong with a lil bit of 'choking out'? 80% of girls <3 being 'choked out.' -Oprah Magazine

Can u really be a prisoner if there is no cage involved? Do u blame her parents for giving her a cell phone + internet access?

‘She was, to all intents and purposes, held prisoner in his apartment for several hours and forced to perform additional sex acts upon defendant Charney.’ These allegedly included an attempt to sodomise the teenager.

The lawsuit claims the abuse continued for the next eight months. Mr Charney allegedly gave Miss Morales a ‘large dildo sex toy’ and was ‘induced’ to visit her employer’s Los Angeles home in the summer of last year where ‘she was subjected to extreme psychological abuse and torment,’ said the documents.

Do yall believe he 'enslaved' her if she went 2 LA? Was she a psychological prisoner? Do u think she is as 'bitter ex' who thought she was going 2 marry in2 the Am Appy fortune? Is she a 'legitimate victim'?

Here is Am Appy's statement.

In a statement, American Apparel called the allegations ‘entirely baseless.’

‘CEO Dov Charney’s celebrity status in the fashion industry is being publicly exploited,’ it added.

Here is some 'spin' that her lawyer made up:

Mr Baum, of the New York firm Simon, Eisenberg and Baum, said: ’She started there when she was 17 and she was hoping to advance with opportunities in the fashion industry. But she has not found comparable employment since that date.’

Did yall ever work in retail bc u wanted to 'make it in the fashion industry'? 1 time I worked at Banana Republic but then I quit 2 go 2 community college.

R u on #TeamDov or #TeamIreneMorales?
Is Irene Morales 'keut'?
Should she have worn Am Appy in her 'victim' photo?
Do u think she is a QT that u would like 2 enslave?
Do u think she is just suing him bc she realized her fashion career was 'going nowhere' and she was working at an Anthropologie in suburbia?
Will Am Appy 'get a new CEO' with a 'clean image'?
Do u think Dov will just 'settle out of court'?
Are there any legal advantages 2 suing Dov instead of suing Am Appy?
Have u ever been 'enslaved by ur boss'?
Is this just gonna be the kind of thing where Dov Charney is just like 'it was consensual', then we hear a lot of details, and then it is dismissed? [via Kobe Bryant in Colorado rape case]
Is this all just 'viral marketing' 2 try 2 save Am Appy?

Some Am Appy billionaire investor sells off his shares--is Am Appy 'in the shitter'?

Link: http://jezebel.com/5744078/sketchy-billionaire-dumps-a-chunk-of-american-apparel-shares

For the last 1-2 years, it seems like the prevailing American Apparel story has been abt their financial issues. I don't really know anything about finance/investing/buzz_companies, but it seems like 'as an alt blog', it is important 2 bring u news abt companies that are relevant 2 u. Anyways, some rich ass bro named Ron Burkle bought a bunch of Am Appy shares a while ago and ppl were like 'the company is saved!' but now it is al like "WTF he is selling off his shares. What does that mean? Is Am Appy 'going under'?'

Ron Burkle bought $6 million worth of American Apparel shares last summer. Then the stock price pretty much plummeted. Now he's reducing his stake.
Burkle became American Apparel's second-largest investor after founder Dov Charney (who owns around 57% of the company) last June. Burkle's company bought a 6% stake in the troubled clothier for some $5.9 million.

I wonder what this means. Maybe I will start an e-Trade account and start buying American Apparel 'shares' instead of Am Appy t-shirts + leggings + hoodies.

File Photo: Am Appy

Here is a paragraph that has 'specifics' on how/why American Apparel is 'in the shitter.'

Unfortunately for Burkle, and all of American Apparel's other shareholders, things went from bad to worse for the company during the second half of 2010. The share price plunged below $1.00 in late August and early September, as the company fell out of compliance with several of its biggest lenders, lost the confidence of its public accounting firm, which promptly quit, and struggled to report its financial information to investors in a timely manner. American Apparel's failure to file its quarterly results on time drew the ire of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange, which warned it of delisting but ultimately didn't follow through, and the departure of the accounting firm earned the company subpoenas from the Department of Justice.

I wish I understood 'stock markets', 'investing', 'companies', and 'financial advising', but I srsly have $13.42 in my bank account right now. Might start watching more CNBC/reading the Wall Street Journals.

Is Am Appy still a relevany buzz brand?
Can Am Appy 'rebound'?
Will Dov 'save' Am Appy?
Can American Apparel 'go mainstream' enough 2 make mad bank, or will tweens always be way in2 Crombies and Hollisters?
Does Ron Burkle seem like a chill bro, or is he harshing Am Appy's vibe?
If u were a billionaire, what would u buy stock in? Or would u just buy tons of prostitutes?

Am Appy CEO h8s blogs who pan their brand just to get hits, singles out Gawker

American Apparel is an American-based Apparel Retail selling company who is known for provocative ads. It seems like their company is 'blog bait' since 'effing hipsters' are constantly wrestling with their relationship with the brand. The CEO of American Apparel is named "Dov Charney", and he is usually 'torn to pieces' by blogs for being 'inauthentic' about his company's 'social missions' since blogs would rather focus on his 'sexually deviant' personal brand.

Some blogspot wrote some post about Am Appy, then he called the blogger to 'set their ass straight.' Do yall h8 bloggers who are ruining the lives' of companies, buzzbands, record labels, and entrepreneurs who are just trying to make the world a better place/sell shit?

First he says Gawker is 'bullshit' because they hide behind so many levels of satire, but don't try to make the world a better place:

Gawker's exploiting their position as a satirical website -- they should be using their power to effect social change.

Do yall like Gawker? From what I understand it is 'one of the biggest blogs in the world' since they 'invented snark.'

N e ways, Dov Charney has been 'branded as a sexual deviant' according to blogs. He says that some bro lied about all of that, now he is stuck getting tons of coverage about it even though it isn't really even that true.

So the sexual harassment accusations aren't founded?

Charney: Absolutely not. You're a fool to think that. You and Gawker are part of an ongoing campaign of self-interest. Gawker wants people to read their posts. Go look at yourself in the mirror. It's cheap journalism. It wouldn't be as exciting if this was a story about Zales. There's a catharsis you should all go through. This is a fake crusade, an entire media campaign since 2005 initiated by an attorney who wanted money. No one has the balls to remove him from the system. It's one fake case after the next.

There's a high level of intelligence behind the business. We're marketing well and hiring people who know how to speak to the essence of the brand -- or at least we're making efforts to. Could Larry King show up to his job with a septum ring? We're trying to cast the right people for the store. We have room for a lot of exception and variety. That's somehow unethical? We regulate the taste in our store. Gawker's coverage of the issue has not done justice to the social issues at hand. The media has choices.

Do u think it is unfair for coverage to focus on 'sexual harassment' + other sexual vibes associated with their brand/employees? He goes on to say that Martin Luther King Jr also 'got his swerve on' even though he was changing the world/ending racism. Bros will be bros--no big deal. Men do great things, and men also love 2 make love.

Martin Luther King was having affairs, but his work was too important so the media didn't bring it up. They're deploying sexual shame tactics -- it dehumanizes the subject. Ideas are more important. I accuse you of being a creep. A large number of the plaintiffs stole from the company, or we had valid reason to want to remove them. If I'm a creep, they're creeps. Provocative ad campaigns make sense. Who cares?

MLK seems chill for 'getting his Tiger Woods' on [via having a dream of premium blow jobs].

N e ways, seems like the resolution is that 'bloggers are cowards', and don't really even contribute anything to the world since they are possibly the worst kind of journalists since they just have to make up lies/stories/focus on negative vibes just to get hits.

Journalists are in collusion with one or two plaintiff lawyers. Who's the victim if I can't finance my business? Shareholders? Workers? They're writing crap to get $300 for a blog post. There's a hysteria in the community that separates itself from reality. Gawker can play an important role in using satire and humor. It's morally reckless on their part to put out random stories with altered or fictitious emails, or to take one person's opinion and cast it as the opinions of many. It was like 12 emails from a group of 5,000 retail workers. I think it's creepy. I've invited them to come to the factory and talk to the workers.

Do yall think Dov Charney is chill?
Do blogs harsh his company's vibes 2 much?
Is Gawker being 'mean' just 2 get hits?
Should more blogs blog for social change, or do blogs need to blog 4 hits?
Do blogs just belittle the intentions of others without even bringing anything innovative to the table?

Video: Am Appy Factory Worker thanks Dov Charney for being Greatest CEO alive bc he is chill with immigration
</embed>

Recently, there has been 'a huge uproar' abt how Arizona passed some law that is totally messed up cuz they are asking asking brown people if they live in the United States. I feel confused on the issue, because I pay taxes, and from what I have heard, millions of 'illegals' are taking the jobs of Americans + overloading our medical system. But I also understand that the USA is 'mad legit' and every1 should wanna live here. I guess some people want to 'shut down our borders' so that 'filthy foreigners' stop stealing our American Rights.

American Apparel has branded itself as a very 'pro-legalization' company. Not really sure about the specifics, but think they apparently pay above market wages + opportunities for citizenship/legalization for their employees. Seems like this worker Maria is 'mad pumped' that Dov Charney is such a chill bro who values immigrants as 'humans' instead of just 'cheap labor mules.'

May 06, 2010 — Maria, a sewer at factory HQ, thanks Dov for his continued support of the workers. LEGALIZE LA! Find out more about Dov at http://www.dovcharney.com/

Is Am Appy about 'more than just alternative sluts in tight clothing'? Is Am Appy the greatest modern American Company?

Is Dov Charney the greatest American CEO?
Did u march for immigrant rights on Cinco De Mayo in ur local community?
Does ur local community h8 immigrants & brown people?
Should I block the Alt Report for readers in Arizona to 'protest' their immigration act?
Do people who don't live in the USA deserve to live in the USA?
R u unemployed, and h8 that immigrants have stolen job opportunities from u?
Is Arizona 'full of white ass holes'?
Is it more important to 'legalize gay' or 'legalize immigration'?

Is American Apparel ‘in the shitter’ financially?

Recently, there has been a 'new wave' of articles after American Apparel released their quarterly financial earnings about how the company is in 'serious trouble.' Not sure if I am supposed to believe this. Still see people + tweens all over the place wearing Am Appy, so I find it kinda hard 2 believe. It seems difficult to imagine that any business would ever die, but maybe it would be kinda cool if Am Appy died, then I would have a bunch of 'rare'/'vintage' clothes.

It certainly didn't help Charney's mood when, on Friday, the racy retail chain's shares plunged 17 percent after the New York-based concern reported its fourth-quarter profits had dropped a jaw-dropping 23 percent. While soaring costs and anemic sales sapped profits, investors were likewise rattled as the company delayed giving an outlook for 2010, citing restrictions imposed on its operations by lenders.

Wish I understood 'business' so I knew how to make a bunch of money in the stock market investing in my fave companies. Apple, Am Appy, Urban Outfitters, IKEA, McDonalds, Chili's, snuggies...all my fave brands.

Seems like they are trying to say that the company was productive since it had some sweet Mexis working 'on the cheap':

"The reduction in manufacturing efficiency was principally a result of the forced termination of over 1,500 experienced manufacturing employees in the third and fourth quarters of 2009 following the completion of the previously-disclosed I-9 inspection by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement," Charney's battered company said in a statement last week.

It's a bitter irony for Charney, who has long portrayed himself as a champion of foreign workers' rights.

Is American Apparel 'in the shitter'?
Are all companies 'going thru a tuff time right now' [via the recession]?
Is it 'alt' to write Am Appy articles just to mention 'sexual harassment'?
Do u have any business ideas to save Am Appy?
Will u be sad if Am Appy dies?
Does n e 1 know how 'the stock market' works?

Behind the Scenes Video of Am Appy Panties Photoshoot
</embed>

American Apparel shot a 'behind the scenes' video from their photoshoot to promote their recent panties push. I am not sure if this video is supposed to 'turn on' their user base, or possibly dispel the myth that Dov Charney is performing these photoshoots with an erect penis. The video seems to be 'soft porn' where you wait for something to happen (sex scene, nip slip, in-your-face nudity), but nothing ever happens, and the user walks away mildly frustrated.

Does this video seem like Am Appy HQ is a place where women/models can be 'sexually harassed', or is it safe to assume that if they were harassed, it was because they were probably 'asking 4 it'?

Did u ever wish that u could be an Am Appy model? Are they still the embodiment of alt beauty?

Do you think these models will crossover into mainstream high-end fashion modeling, or is this the peak of their career/alternative life?

Do these models make you want to buy panties from Am Appy?

Also watched some video of the Mexis who make the panties in their high_wages+benefits 'sweatshop'.

</embed>

Seems like Am Appy is a chill place to work, like they would let u listen to Tejano as long as you met your quota of 1000 t-shirts per day.

Do u think the panties campaign would have been more powerful if they stuffed the Mexis into the kute lil panties?
Am Appy 'sexi' underwear = post-ironic granny panties?
