Lifelike
Lifelike might be the most blggd artist in HRO history.

Lifelike is kind of like a franchised restaurant. U always know what ur gonna get. Whether u find the restaurant 2 be 'krappy' or 'a guilty pleasure that will take 10 yrs off ur life', Lifelike is what he is. In a world where we're 'unsure of the future of bloghaus', Lifelike has provided authentic stability for authenticElectro nonGuidoTechnoCore fans around the world.

Just another Lifelike RMX.

[Original Music video for Van She's "Kelly".]

</embed>

Van She's "Kelly" is one of the most well-crafted electroPop songs of the past 20 blog-years. Apparently the single "Kelly" is being reissued by Modular. Maybe they feel like now that the world has developed more electro-ish ears that this song has more potential to make some $$$$ [via purchased singles & licensing].

N e ways... LIFELIKE remixed "Kelly." There is some HEAVIE bass in there. Be careful, yall.

OFFTOPIC WARNING

hey mr.HRO, is lifelike the new mstrcrfts as far as rmxs are concerned?

Sometimes, I think Lifelike remixes are kind of like a significant other who 'showed me the person I could be--making all of my bad habits and insecurities obsolete.'

Have yall ever 'loved like u never thought u could', and then lost that love, but then u were kinda like 'eh whatever... i was kinda a fggt--kinda like bein alone and makin bad decisions instead of wasting time watching reality TV with some1 who I tell myself I love and get 2 make love 2.' ?

Apparently this is an 'old' track, but in my eyes, a song doesn't exist until it is blggd abt/shows up on hypemachine. That's what a blog baby is born.

TreasureFingerbangsLifelikeRemix

I think this is a song that I will listen to more times than I realize during 2k8.5-2k9 (according to my iTunes Smart Playlist).

HRO posts the same artists ovr and ovr again. Sorry, yall. Sometimes I just listen to Lifelike and it makes my head want 2 exxxplode. This song sounds pretty legit/authentic. It's like I am listening to "Discovery" and learning that I 'like electronic music' for the 1st time again.

Am I Still an Electroblog?

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "No Age Got a 9.2 on Pitchfork (but I still don't '...":

okaaay so no age might suck, but i like the lo-fi punk movement in general. you listen to a lot of faggy electronic shit that only seems to make sense in the context of pre-gaming with alt bros on their way to cinespace.

Is music just like 'a personal choice,' or is there an absolute answer for a best type of music? I think if I keep blogging for like 10 years, I'll have an answer.

Here's a song that I love listening to with my alternative bros before we party at Cinespace. <3 Bloglectro <3

I haven't listened to any music by Does It Offend You, Yeah?, but I do like this RMX. I am wary of being let down by UK bands who have quirky names.

This remix of "Epic Last Song" has lyrics that you can cryptically dedicate to some one, or put on a mix CD for someone that you 'truly love.'

I say baby, babe I've loved U a long time...
I try harder just to know UR all mine.
I say baby, babe I've loved U a long time...
I grow happy knowing that UR alright.

Did Carles dedicate this song 2 u?

Lately, I've only really listened to Lifelike Remixes

LIFELIKE: You've already heard of them/him. As I continue to search for the answer to 'why I like Lifelike' from a psychological standpoint, I think that his sound reminds me of ROLLER RINK era music. LIFELIKE seems to be one of the most effective remixers of 'songs where women may or may not be singing cheesy lyrics in a 90s cliched sort of way,' and he really makes the aesthetic work.

I'd put it in the genre of songs that 'you only heard once, in a context that wouldn't allow you to find out the name of the song, and will probably never hear again because it's probably a random remix by some classic producers and I don't know enough about electro-dance-house to ever reunite me with this song.'

I think this particular mp3 reminds me of "Electric" by Rubies.

LIFELIKE: I wish he could RMX my blog

I havent' really made myself familiar with the Presets, but since Lifelike REMIXED them, I decided to give them a listen. In the Lifeliked version of the Presets "This Boy's In Love," I can't help but think I'm listening to Paul Banks from Interpol's electro dance sideproject. What's the deal with the Presets? (I don't know anything about them).

Also posted is a RMX of a band that I've never heard of called RELATION. It turns into one of those uplifting 'I want to fix our relationship and fall in love with you' jams, which I [HIGHLY REC], particularly if you feel like putting it on a playlist to make some slut with bangs who loves to dance fall in love with you.

Lifelike is from France. If you like solid tunes or even just pretending you are into the 'music explosion from those amazing citizens of France,' then you will jam pretty hard.

'So Electric' is a buildup of a song worth experiencing over and over again.
