I can’t believe CSS’s bass player left the band. Will they be able to re-create hits like “Let’s Make Love And Listen to Death From Above” and “Music is my Hot Hot Sex”?

CSS announce today that bass player Ira Trevisan has left the group for personal reasons. CSS drummer Adriano will take over the bass duties, and live the band will work with a session drummer (a friend of the band) from now on. The band said “It will be feroche!”

Talking about her departure from the band Ira said “I decided to move forward and dedicate more of my time to fashion and other projects. Just a big change of priorities, as I will never stop playing music. I am also a bit worried about climate change. People should care more and do something about it. I decided to fly less. HEY, no need to reply to this, i have a hard time keeping up with myspace messages

i just wanted to say that the st. louis show was awesome, and it sucks it had to be stopped prematurely. i don’t know the details of the story, but some naked guy got tazed. then they made me stop. i honestly didn’t have that much more material to perform, but i thought it was unfortunate how they didn’t allow me to end my own set and cut off my time on the microphone trying to arrange a post-show show. and of course, it sucks that someone got tazed for whatever reason.

on a more positive note, we ended up moving the show to a frat basement, and it ruled. thanks to everyone who helped set that up within 1 hour. i haven’t jammed a basement this entire year, it was very refreshing and insane
