It's official. We all saw it coming after the post-Noah Lennox Panda Bear bubble created in 2007. Was the whole world REALLY that excited about Strawberry Jam? Did you predict that Panda Bears were on their way out? I hope you didn't buy stock in any form of Brown Bears.
Polar Bears just work better than Panda Bears in 2k8.5 and beyond. I think every one is just tired of AZNs (Panda Bears are AZNs), and they want a creature from a more alt-part of the globe. Polar Bears are pretty alt because they live alone in the Arctic Circle.

I'm sure we've all stumbled upon Chris Crocker's vlogged about mental breakdown about leaving Britney Spears alone.
If I could tell every one to leave something alone, it would be the tracks off Panda Bear's Person Pitch.
I know there's a desire to remix what is hot, or blogged about, or what people will give a listen to, but I'm not really digging what I've heard. It's borderline offensive.
There's a Mr Devlin Jamaican Plain HUMPBACKS remix where a bunch of whale noises are added, plus some mediocre bears. There's also a a Mashup of Black Rob's song 'LIKE WHOA' with Bros.
Personally, I'd just feel a lot more comfortable hearing what type of remix Avey Tare, or Ariel Pink, or Rusty Santos or some one like that would do.

The guy from the Fleet Foxes has a new album coming out, but I'm not sure if the Fleet Foxes is 'just him' or an entire band that is jealous of his talent + success. Anyways, it seems like he 'went solo' but then decided to 'collab'/'start a super group' with Edward Droste of Grizzly Bear AND he even got Ed Droste to 'put aside his bad blood' from the relevancy wars of 2k9 to collab with 'Noah', who we can all assume is Noah Lennox.
Gotta love a Fleet Foxes + Grizz Bear + Panda Bear jam... U never thought foxes and bears could play 2gether, but it seems like maybe we were wrong.
