I think that after the altBro explosion of 2k8, altBros have 'gone into hiding' when the camera guy comes around. Instead of proudly posing with their arms around their best bros, they disperse/look for altBROads to be photographed with/jones on.

I first identify an altBro when I see:
a) a group of 3 or more bros who are alt
b) bro with plaid shirt + a tie
c) bro with beatles shirt
d) post-strategic facial scruff
e) bro with a rosary
f) bro who looks like he needs a tug
g) bro with a quirky personal brand
h) bros with failed retail jackets/hoodies
i) white belt Bro
j) choose.your.own.unique.altbro.identifier

Fun Fact: having pictures of altBro herds on your party pic site leads to your site losing 33% of site visitors. Those visitors are usually the 'lonely bros who jerk off to hot sluts on party pix sites.'

I don't think many people have a problem with party pix that blur the line between art and pornography, but how do you feel about these stabbing photographs outside of a Syndey nightclub, taken by hobogestapo?

Is there a moral code that nightlife photographers need to adhere to? When is it 'not cool' to post a pic? Are nightlife photographers being genuine when they do their best to give the most authentic representation of each night, or do they just want krazie stuff 2 happen so they can get attention?

A major artery in a young man's leg has been severed in an overnight stabbing incident in Sydney's Kings Cross entertainment district. Police say the victim was walking on Bayswater Road about 2am (AEST) today when he became involved in an argument with another man. "During the altercation, he was stabbed in his upper thigh," a NSW Police statement says.
