Slipknot is a popular indie band who wears weird masks and don't really have real names. I think they are like one of those 'hardcore' bands who yells lyrics about 'being just another cog in society.' Never really vibed to them since I am more abt riding chillwaves and indie bro music.
From what I understand, their gimmick is 'wearing masks' and playing hardcore music to people who have a lot of hate in their hearts.
Anyways, one of their band members 'died' [via drug overdose] in some sort of Marriott hotel room.
There are numerous reports surfacing saying that Slipknot bassist Paul Gray was found dead in a hotel in Urbandale, IA today. KCCI Des Moines reports Gray was found six hours ago at a Marriott. This backs up an earlier post in the Des Moines Examiner. Gray was 38. He leaves behind a wife, Brenna Paul, who is expecting a child. According to the Examiner, the preliminary reports from the scene indicates a drug overdose as the cause of death.
Do u think the bass player bro is 'cool' with being dead? Like he was so in touch with 'the dark side' that he is happy to be chilling in hell with Satan? Maybe him and Satan started their own band and they are getting ready to release some mp3s. Wonder if he would be bummed out to get thru the gates of heaven because it wouldn't go well with his personal brand.
Hope the Marriott brand is able to 'recover' from being branded as a place where people overdose on drugs. Thought that usually happens in high end hotels, or shitty motels. I guess middle-of-the-road hotels aren't safe either.

Usually get Slipknot bros and Insane Clown posse juggalo bros mixed up, but they might be a related set of species.
Wonder if the Slipknot bros are 'the greatest product' from Iowa, possibly even greater than 'corn.' From what I understand, 'corn' is making Americans fat, and Slipknot probably inspires violent crimes. Wonder if Iowa 'deserves 2 exist' or if they should rebrand it.
